Important Information

• Maximum capacity for our Igloos is 8 people
• Igloo hire is for a 90 minutes time slot
• We leave 30 minutes between bookings so we can get the Igloo, or Gondola ready for the next group
• All our Igloos are beautifully decorated
• Please order additional food and drink upon your arrival as table service cannot be guaranteed at busy times
• Vegan sausages are available, but will incur an additional charge of £1 per sausage
• Last booking is at 8pm
• Children can be brought along to the booking, but can only attend daytime bookings up to & including the 6pm time slot
• Well behaved dogs are welcome in our Igloos
• Please check your basket carefully before paying. We cannot make changes to you booking once confirmed, apart from the time/date (subject to availability)

Terms and Conditions

Please note; bookings are non refundable. If you have to change the date please get in touch at least 48h before your booking and we will endeavour to find a suitable time slot, but cannot guarantee availability. Our office is not occupied on the weekend, so requests will not be seen.
